The Government Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) grant allows parents of children in independent schools to claim for 15 hours per week of funding from the term after their child turns 3 years of age until the term after they turn 5 years of age.
How the funded hours can be accessed at Gosfield School’s Nursery:
Free funded hours are restricted to the Afternoon sessions, between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Free funding entitles a child to five funded Afternoon sessions per week, 34 weeks per year, during term time only.
The free funding has no monetary value to parents. Parents will only be billed for additional hours not covered by the free funding. Any changes to hours must be put in writing with one month’s notice given.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept Childcare Vouchers as payment for Nursery fees. Childcare Vouchers are non-taxable and are exempt from National Insurance Contributions (N.I.C.) for employees.
All working parents, with children aged under 15, or 16 if disabled, are eligible to receive Childcare Vouchers.
Childcare Vouchers benefit both basic and higher rate tax payers.
