 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTFull-Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented LSA to support and inspire the growth and achievement of  our pupils. We are looking for a dynamic LSA ready to make a real difference in the support of this crucial area of School life. The role is to work full time with one Year 8 student including in class support and some individual 1:1 sessions.

PART TIME NURSERY PRACTITIONER20 – 32 hours a week, 34 weeks a year  

Gosfield School are currently looking to recruit a caring, highly motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join Goslings Nursery and Forest School. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team, in a stunning rural setting where children's happiness and a commitment to a high quality, inspirational learning experience underpins everything that we do. 

The Nursery will provide care and education daily for up to 20 children from Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 6pm during term time. The working hours for this role will be up to 32 hours to cover the opening hours and may work on a rotational shift basis. £8.21- £9.11 per hour.

The successful applicant will be an experienced and inspiring EYFS practitioner qualified to at least level 3. They will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, developing strong positive relationships with both adults and children.

SCHOOL MINI BUS DRIVER | Part-time

We wish to appoint a Mini Bus Driver to safely transport children to and from School, collecting and dropping off at various points on a given route.  You will need to be available Monday to Friday during the school term time to work for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Flexibility to undertake additional, ad hoc driving work during the School day for fixtures, trips and other purposes is an advantage.  Applicants must hold a full D1 (or D) PCV entitlement to drive minibuses for hire or reward. Some other options may entitle to applicants to drive the Mini Buses - please contact us to find out more.

Drivers need to be sufficiently physically fit to drive safely and to assist our passengers as required. They should also be presentable, kind and well-mannered at all times. Drivers must be comfortable with any unexpected changes to their route and confident navigating to various locations for fixtures and trips.

This is a permanent contract for twenty hours a week and includes 4.4 weeks holiday pay.  The contract is for 34 weeks per year (term time) with a salary of £535 per month paid in 12 monthly instalments, plus any overtime on an ad hoc basis.

We are looking for a dynamic Teacher of IT ready to make a real difference for all our students. Gosfield is a small family School where you are free to teach and innovate in a gorgeous green environment, where everyone is treated with warm respect and where everyone strives to reach and exceed their personal best.

We wish to appoint for January 2020. The successful candidate will predominantly teach at Key Stage 3, but there is the possibility to teach throughout the age and ability range, including to A Level for the right candidate. All teachers at Gosfield are expected to contribute to the co-curricular programme, and we would particularly like to hear from you if you have an interesting skill or talent that you could offer our students.
