Why Study History at A-Level?

History is not just about dates and events, it is very, very much more. In this course you will study three different eras in the history of both Great Britain and the United States. You will investigate some of the seminal events of these eras and the impact they have had on our current economic, social and political climate.

Course Aims

Students will build upon their understanding of the past through experiencing a broad and balanced course of study.
